These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PetFuture website and related services (the “Services”) offered by PetFuture (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Artificial intelligence
Features may use artificial intelligence to generate or suggest content. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use any output.
No professional advice
The Services do not provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, or other professional advice. Always seek a qualified professional where appropriate.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Services are not intended for users under 13.
Communications
If you contact us about the Services, you agree that we may respond using the contact details you provide. You must provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to access systems without authorization, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or harmful content, or violate applicable law.

Purchases and billing
The PetFuture mobile app is free to download. Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium features are sold only through the Apple App Store or Google Play. See our Pricing page and Refund Policy for details.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetFuture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify PetFuture against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PetFuture, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
